Find us on the Ruta de los Cenotes in Puerto Morelos, Quintana Roo. Two-cenote admission is for visitors with their own transportation; pickup and lunch are not included.
For ATV, horseback and the combo, share your hotel or location with our team. Pickup coverage, meeting point and time are confirmed for your booking.
Published park hours: 9 a.m.–6 p.m. Last own-transportation admission: 3 p.m., allowing up to three hours before closing. Choose an available time in your calendar.

No. Admission includes both cenotes with your own transportation, without pickup or lunch. The combo brings together ATVs, horseback riding, ziplines and two cenotes; review your selected rate’s inclusions. For ATV and horseback enquiries, our team confirms the option, transportation, lunch and requirements before booking.
Swimwear, a towel and a change of clothes. Wear closed-toe shoes for jungle activities. Follow the team’s guidance and check the age, mobility and participation requirements for your chosen experience.
Sunscreen is not permitted in the cenotes. Help us protect the water and follow the team’s instructions before entering.
Our team confirms your meeting point and time based on your location and route. Park admission times are separate from pickup times.
