Single-rider ATV: your own ATV, both cenotes, transportation/pickup and lunch. Regular price: USD 90 → October prepaid offer USD 72 per person.
Shared ATV: two participants share a vehicle. Both cenotes, transportation/pickup and lunch. Regular price: USD 75 → October prepaid offer USD 60 per person.
Horseback ride: jungle trails, both cenotes, transportation/pickup and lunch. Regular price: USD 90 → October prepaid offer USD 72 per person.

Pickup from Cancún and the Riviera Maya.
Our pickup service has two reference schedules: 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Your exact pickup time may be a few minutes earlier or later, depending on your location and the scheduled pickup order. We will confirm your meeting point and pickup time.
Riviera Maya route: We start in Playa del Carmen and make scheduled pickups towards Puerto Morelos. We then follow the Ruta de los Cenotes to Kin-Ha.
Cancún route: We start in downtown Cancún, continue through the Hotel Zone from kilometre 0 and make scheduled pickups along the route to Puerto Morelos. We then follow the Ruta de los Cenotes to Kin-Ha.
When booking an experience with pickup, provide your hotel or location and preferred reference schedule. Availability and your meeting point will be confirmed for your booking.
Park hours and activity duration.
The park is open from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Allow approximately 4–5 hours for an activity experience. The ATV trail ride and horseback trail ride last 40 minutes each. Activities must finish before closing. Pickup reference schedules remain 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m.; your exact pickup depends on your location.

Can I arrive in a rental car?
Yes. The own-transportation option includes admission to Kin-Ha and Blanca Flor for regular USD 33; October prepaid offer USD 26.40 per person. Arrange your transportation and check the admission time for your selected date.
Do all packages include pickup and lunch?
Inclusions depend on the experience. The new ATV and horseback options include transportation, pickup and lunch; the own-transportation option includes admission to both cenotes. Check the inclusions for your selected experience.
What is the difference between single-rider and shared ATVs?
The single-rider option gives you your own ATV. The shared option lets you enjoy the ride together on the same vehicle; the price is per person. Check participant requirements for your selected option and contact us about odd-numbered groups.
What time is my pickup?
The reference schedules are 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. Your exact pickup may be a few minutes earlier or later depending on your location. The team will confirm your meeting point and time.
Can I use sunscreen in the cenotes?
Sunscreen is not permitted in the cenotes. Help us care for the water and follow the team's instructions during your visit.
What should I bring and how do I pay?
Swimwear, a towel and a change of clothes; closed-toe shoes for jungle activities. Full payment is required when booking. Review participants, your selected option, the total and your rate's cancellation policy before confirming.
